Kathleen has been an invaluable part of my business over the last year. She is so patient and willing to figure things out with me as I've navigated some pretty big changes and growth. She communicates extremely well, really pays attention to the details, and has graciously stretched outside her comfort zone to help with one-off projects. She does EVERYTHING for me! Her responsibilities include social media posting and engagement, CRM data input and maintenance, client follow-up, calendar management, creating and managing contracts, all of my invoicing and accounts receivable, and so much more. I can't name all she's done. Kathleen is truly my right hand and I don't know what I'd do without her!

We have been setting up the infrastructure for our new non profit organization and Kathleen has helped us navigate the messy middle as we put organized systems in place. She is excellent at mastering new programs quickly and helping us figure out the proper tools to use to make things happen.
